Problem Note 62060: SAS® Web Report Studio might display "HTTP Status 500" when opening a report that contains unresolved data items

If an existing SAS Web Report Studio report is unable to access one or more data items in the associated information map, you typically see a message about unresolved resources. The exact behavior is explained in SAS Note 31336.
However, depending on your release of SAS Web Report Studio and your assigned capabilities, you might instead see the HTTP Status 500 - Internal Server Error shown in the following display:
Specifically, this error can occur if you are using release 4.4_M5, and you have the Update Resources capability.
To resolve this issue, open the information map in SAS® Information Map Studio and ensure that the information map contains all of the data items used in the report.
